Jørgen has gone through the ranks, starting as a project manager, eventually ending up as our company manager at Netron.

Sssshhh. Monica is writing. And if she´s not writing, she´s thinking, talking or giving some advise, so be quiet, please. Except from all this, she´s a nice and social colleague. Monica has worked in several advertising agencies and one publishing house, her experience ranging from commercials for film and radio, copywriting for print and web, project-management, marketing-strategies, pr-strategies and launching books. Her ideas and clear-thinking head suits us just fine. Besides being a copywriter, Monica is the author of both fiction and poetry. Or let´s put it another way: When the day is over, the writing is not.

The clients and projects in Netron are gradually growing, and managing external resources and bigger productions demands more and more of our time. Simen has taken on the role of producer on our larger projects, being the hands-on guy making sure all the details are right. A designer by education and experience, Simen ensures that details and performance matches our ambitions.
Simen’s background is from the advertising business and as a freelancer.
Gaute Johannes Fleisje

The grand old man, has been in the business longer than most of us. Gaute’s background is from design agencies and advertising. Like almost all of us Gaute started out as a print designer and evolved into webdesign, starting with Flash as early as in 2000.
Gaute is involved in GRAFILL, the Norwegian Organisation for Visual Communication and is working on Norway’s biggest design conference EDIT, a biannual event.
Torgeir Holm

As web- and on-screen communication evolves, new possibilities emerge. 3D and visual effects is a big part of the equation, and this is where Torgeir fits in. As our Visual Effects and 3D guy, he is the creative director in this field, doing production work as well as managing resources on larger projects. Torgeir has a long track record as a graphic designer and a 3D and visual effects artist. He has worked on projects ranging from corporate profiles to idents, commercials and effects for film and television.

Morten Marius Mulvad Moe Apenes

As technical possibilities develop at a high speed, it’s even more important to focus on good creative concepts. Morten Marius is the company’s creative director. He works closely with a lot of our biggest clients on creative concepts. Morten Marius has a broad experience on various interactive productions and concepts. He also works “hands on” as a director together with Torgeir on Netron’s “moving image” projects.
It’s Morten Marius’ responsibility to keep our creative workflow on track, both internally and with external resources. He does that with a steady and “push forward” attitude that keeps focus on the core concept and idea in a hectic workday.
John Chon Johansen

Our intern Chon has signed on as a developer. Already he has proven valuable and a quick learner, a yes-person and not a quitter. Chon has made this website come together after numerous revisions, and if something breaks, he will have to fix it…

Christoffer Hansen

Christoffer is our new addition in the 3D and visual effects department. After showing his talent and dedication during a three month internship we just couldn’t afford to let him leave, and he has now joined us full-time.
Anton Gorodnyanskiy

Developing can be a minefield, and one wrong step can cause disaster. Anton is rock solid both as a person and as a developer. He has the ability to find useful and working solutions when the heat is on and a “quick fix” is needed, as well as the required understanding to handle the most complicated challenges. In short, he has what is needed to be Netron’s Senior Developer.
Anton has experience from news and media industry, as well as freelance work and digital production. Anton is a skilled young man, yet is as wise as an old tribe leader.
Alex Makov

Alex is a restless soul who loves new challenges, preferably tackled head first. “The simplest solution is not necessarily the best” – seems to go without saying in Mr. Makov’s case.
Alex has experience from several years working on projects with big teams in Europe.
His pull to excellence and optimization seems to be limitless. His craving for ever new challenges keeps us on our toes.
