We have had steady growth since our inception 20 years ago, we grow organically, and are committed to having good chemistry socially as well. With us you will meet a good mix of experienced people who have been with us from the beginning – and completely new faces.
At Netron, we have never been stingy with good ideas, and our customers benefit from that. We always put the customer’s goals and needs first, but also look for openings to learn something new and challenge ourselves.

Malin Ringsell Olafsrud
Daglig Leder
Malin (f. 1994) har til enhver tid kontroll på stort og smått av bevegelige deler i Netron. Hun har kompetanse innen mediekjøp, digital annonsering og rapport/analyse i tillegg til utdannelse innen ledelse med fordypning i retorikk, økonomi og prosjektledelse. Med over 10 år bransjeerfaring er Malin godt skodd for å takle ansvar for noen av våre største prosjekter og leder an i gjennomføring av alle strategiske beslutninger.

Morten Marius Apenes
Kreativ Leder
Morten Marius (f.1974) er byråets kreative leder med lang erfaring innen design og animasjon og etterhvert film og andre flater. Han holder en hånd over det meste som produseres i Netron og er en ressurs innenfor det kryssdisiplinære. Han jobber mest med regi, manus og idèutvikling. Han var med på å starte Netron i 2002.

Simen Johan Apenes
Business Advisor – Chairman of the Board
Simen (b.1980) has a background as a designer and has been in the communications industry since the late nineties. At Netron he has held numerous roles since 2007. From 2014 to 2023 he has held the role of CEO. Simen has worked with business consulting and concept development on behalf of clients and within Netron, which he has done for the past 10 years. He is always looking to develop new opportunities and strives to make the complicated simple.

Torgeir Holm
Creative Director 3D/VFX
Torgeir (b. 1973) has a background as a graphic designer, both for print and digital platforms, but has primarily worked within 3D, visual effects and animation for the past 20 years. On a daily basis, he actively works on projects, in addition to leading teams of other 3D designers and animators, as well as coordinating with external suppliers.

Barbara Johansson
Graphic Designer and content creator
Barbara (b. 1992) is a graphic designer and trained interior designer, in addition to having skills as an illustrator with a focus on vector graphics and digital illustrations. She works creatively with an eye for detail. Barbara always has a positive attitude towards the challenges she faces.

Sofie Byvold
Graphic Designer and content creator
Sofie Byvold (b. 1997) is a content creator and graphic designer at Netron, and is our social media specialist. She is creative, conscientious, positive and structured. She enjoys challenges and learning new things. She is also a course leader in her field.

Kristoffer Nessheim
Apprentice
Kristoffer Nessheim (b. 2006) is Netron’s newest addition. There are many applicants for an apprenticeship at Netron and every now and then we just have to say yes. He works in Netron’s film department with animation, editing, 3D and everything else they delve into.

Sindri Kristjansson
Project Manager
Sindri (b. 1993) is a project manager at Netron and known for his contagious enthusiasm and outgoing personality. He has quickly established himself as a key asset to the team, approaching every challenge with a practical mindset and curiosity. Sindri is a proactive individual with strong execution skills and a natural ability to drive progress and foster effective collaboration.

Oliver Thunæs
Hovedutvikler i Leik Games AS
Oliver (b. 1998) is a self-taught game developer with over 10 years of experience. He enjoys building things his own way. A general software and hardware enthusiast, he also serves as his grandmother’s IT support. In addition, he plays guitar in his spare time.

Daglig leder og Designer i Leik Games
Camilla (f. 1991) er utdannet innenfor spillutvikling og har drevet med det profesjonelt siden 2017. Hun kan grafisk design og spill-design. På fritiden liker hun å tegne og drive med håndverk.
