We have had steady growth since our inception 20 years ago, we grow organically, and are committed to having good chemistry socially as well. With us you will meet a good mix of experienced people who have been with us from the beginning – and completely new faces.

Malin Ringsell Olafsrud
CEO
Malin (b. 1994) keeps Netron’s many moving parts in perfect sync. Her background includes extensive experience in media buying, digital advertising, and data analysis, complemented by a management degree specialized in rhetoric, economics, and project management. With a decade of industry experience under her belt, Malin is expertly prepared to spearhead our most significant projects and drive the execution of our strategic goals.

Morten Marius Apenes
Creative Director
Morten Marius (b. 1974) is the agency’s Creative Director. He brings extensive experience in design and animation, which has evolved to include film and various other media platforms. He oversees the majority of Netron’s output while serving as a vital resource for cross-disciplinary collaboration. Morten Marius focuses primarily on directing, screenwriting, and concept development. Having co-founded Netron back in 2002, he has been instrumental to the agency since its inception.

Simen Johan Apenes
Business Advisor – Chairman of the Board
Simen (b.1980) has a background as a designer and has been in the communications industry since the late nineties. At Netron he has held numerous roles since 2007. From 2014 to 2023 he has held the role of CEO. Simen has worked with business consulting and concept development on behalf of clients and within Netron, which he has done for the past 10 years. He is always looking to develop new opportunities and strives to make the complicated simple.

Torgeir Holm
Creative Director 3D/VFX
Torgeir (b. 1973) has a background as a graphic designer, both for print and digital platforms, but has primarily worked within 3D, visual effects and animation for the past 20 years. On a daily basis, he actively works on projects, in addition to leading teams of other 3D designers and animators, as well as coordinating with external suppliers.

Eirik Schorpen
VFX-artist
Eirik (b. 1995) is a VFX artist from Fredrikstad with a unique combination of creativity and technical understanding. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Visual Effects from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, where he specialized in bringing digital worlds to life. He previously studied 3D and animation at Kristiania College and computer science at Østfold University College.

Barbara Johansson
Graphic Designer and Content Creator
Barbara (b. 1992) is a graphic designer and trained interior designer, and also has expertise as an illustrator, with a particular focus on vector graphics and digital illustrations. She works creatively with a strong eye for detail and consistently brings a positive attitude to the challenges she encounters.

Sofie Byvold
Graphic Designer and Content Creator
Sofie Byvold (b. 1997) is a content creator and graphic designer at Netron, and is our social media specialist. She is creative, conscientious, positive and structured. She enjoys challenges and learning new things. She is also a course leader in her field.

Sindri Kristjansson
Project Manager
Sindri (b. 1993) is a project manager at Netron and known for his contagious enthusiasm and outgoing personality. He has quickly established himself as a key asset to the team, approaching every challenge with a practical mindset and curiosity. Sindri is a proactive individual with strong execution skills and a natural ability to drive progress and foster effective collaboration.

Kristoffer Nessheim
Apprentice
Kristoffer Nessheim (b. 2006) is Netron’s newest addition. There are many applicants for an apprenticeship at Netron and every now and then we just have to say yes. He works in Netron’s film department with animation, editing, 3D and everything else they delve into.

Oliver Thunæs
Hovedutvikler i Leik Games AS
Oliver (b. 1998) is a self-taught game developer with over 10 years of experience. He enjoys building things his own way. A general software and hardware enthusiast, he also serves as his grandmother’s IT support. In addition, he plays guitar in his spare time.

Camilla Wang Kvalheim
Daglig leder og Designer i Leik Games
Camilla (f. 1991) er utdannet innen spillutvikling, og hun har jobbet med dette profesjonelt siden 2017. Hun har kompetanse innen både grafisk design og spilldesign, og på fritiden liker hun dessuten å tegne og drive med håndverk.
