CEO

Malin (b. 1994) is a project manager and always keeps track of every detail in the projects. In recent years, she has helped build our communications department to its current state and has developed significant expertise in media buying, digital advertising, and reporting/analysis.

Business Advisor – Chairman of the Board

Simen (b. 1980) has a background as a designer and has been in the communications industry since the late nineties. At Netron, he has held numerous roles since 2007. From 2014 to 2023, he served as the Managing Director. Simen has been working in business consulting and concept development on behalf of clients and at Netron for the past ten years. He is always looking to develop new opportunities and strives to make the complex simple.

Creative Director

Morten Marius (b. 1974) is the agency’s Creative Director with extensive experience in design, animation, film, and other media. He oversees most of the productions at Netron and is a valuable asset in cross-disciplinary areas. His work primarily focuses on directing, scriptwriting, and idea development. He co-founded Netron in 2002.

Office Manager

Guri (b. 1964) is our Office Manager and has extensive experience in finance and management. She keeps track of most projects, people, and other moving parts at Netron.

Creative Director 3D/VFX

Torgeir (b. 1973) has a background as a graphic designer for both print and digital platforms, but for the past 20 years, he has primarily worked in 3D, visual effects, and animation. He actively works on projects daily, in addition to leading a team of other 3D designers and animators, as well as coordinating with external suppliers.

3D designer

Senior designer

Gaute (b. 1968) is a senior designer and has been with us since the beginning. Gaute’s analog mindset and technical insight make him a multidisciplinary talent who can contribute on many different levels. He works just as comfortably on large national brands as he does on small art and cultural projects.

Graphic Designer and Content Creator

Sofie Byvold (b. 1997) is a content creator and graphic designer at Netron, and our social media specialist. She is creative, diligent, positive, and organized. Sofie enjoys challenges and learning new things. Additionally, she conducts training courses in her field.

Grafisk designer

Barbara (b. 1992) is a graphic designer and trained interior designer, in addition to having skills as an illustrator with a focus on vector graphics and digital illustrations. She works creatively with an eye for detail. Barbara always has a positive attitude towards the challenges she faces.

Apprentice

Kristoffer Nessheim (b. 2006) is Netron’s newest addition. We receive many applications for apprentice positions at Netron, and every now and then, we just have to say yes. He works in Netron’s film department with animation, editing, 3D, and everything else they immerse themselves in.

Oliver (b. 1998) is a self-taught game developer with over 10 years of experience. He enjoys building things his own way. A general software and hardware enthusiast, he also serves as his grandmother’s IT support. In addition, he plays guitar in his spare time.
